16mins walking distance from RER A Fontenay sous Bois station, in order to take the TVM to join UPEC.

Nearby Chez Lulu, less than 1 min walking, you will find a supermarket Franprix, 1 theater Le Kosmos, 1 boulangerie, 1 Laundrymat.
